A long-time resident of the Florida Panhandle, has extensive experience in real estate. Melissa began her real estate career working with an investment company. Her tenure there allowed her to learn about long-term rental management, rehabs, and fix-and-flips, working with a variety of real estate investors. She served the area ranging from Perdido Key to Port St. Joe.
Following this experience, Melissa narrowed her focus and the area she served. Today she works with buyers and sellers who want to invest between Destin and 30a. These real estate investments include second homes, short-term rentals, and primary homes for those looking to relocate to the white sand beaches of the Panhandle. Melissa focuses on luxury real estate, including single-family homes and condos.
Melissa has two children who attended school and were raised along 30a. She enjoys practicing her culinary skills, especially Thai dishes, and accompanies her cooking with wine and good music. She donates a portion of the proceeds from each sale to a local animal rescue group.
